FOUND YOUR SITE THROUGH A FACEBOOK FRIEND, COULDN’T BE MORE EXCITED. I HAVE A VERY LIMITED INCOME,
BUT WILL SAVE UP FOR YOUR WONDERFUL PRODUCTS!

      Hi, Karen.
Welcome! So glad you found us. And thanks to your friend for telling you about us.
Essential oils and all the accessories and supplies that you can buy along with essential oils can cost a lot of money, but you don’t really have to spend that much. Choose just a couple of your favorite (or most needed) essential oils to start. Maybe you can even split a bottle of essential oils with a friend or two and share the cost? This post is all about diffuser blends, and diffusers can be one of your biggest expenses with essential oils, but if you watch, you can get a great deal on a cool-mist essential oil diffuser for around $25. We try to keep an eye out for deals like this and share them with the One Essential Community here. And if you don’t have room in the budget for that, don’t worry, you can still enjoy the aromatic benefits of essential oils in other ways that don’t cost a single cent. For example, you can put a drop of lavender oil on your palm, rub your hands together and then cup your hands over your nose and inhale. Super easy and there’s nothing to buy (other than the oil itself).
Hope that helps a little. So glad that you’re here! I wish for you to have health and wellness, but I also don’t want you to feel that you need to break your budget to do that.
      Sarah

Love following your website! I greatly appreciate the printable winter diffuser blends, as opposed to lists on your blog- I love being able to print and keep by my oils!

Thanks, Sarah. I love the printables, too! Look for a lot more printables in future One Essential Community posts. I hope to also go back to our earlier Christmas and Fall posts and make printables for the diffuser blends, room sprays, and other recipes. I think those printables will come in handy next holiday season. What do think? Any other printables you’d like to see me make? We’re always looking for ideas. – Sarah
