When applying essential oils topically, it’s important to dilute
Essential oils are very strong and potent. They much more concentrated than the herbs, flowers, and fruits in their original form. So when I use essential oils topically, I always dilute them with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut. The roller bottle blends in this post are all designed for occasional use by a healthy adult. Most are 5% dilutions, meaning that 5% of the blend is essential oils and 95% of the blend is carrier oil. For the standard size 10ml roller bottles, that means 10 drops of essential oil and the rest of the 10ml bottle is filled with carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil).

Can’t wait to try these blends! Do you have the labels I can print out?
Hi Vicki,
I’m sorry, I haven’t made labels for these roller bottle recipes yet. In the photo it looks like they have labels, but I just added those words in a photo-editing program.
As I work my way back through older recipes and articles, I will probably make labels.
Sarah
I have signed up numerous times for your printables, but am getting frustrated. When I click on the “printable” I get sent to some kind of campaign or other site. Can you help?
Hi J.P.
You do have to enter your email each time to get a free printable. It’s like a membership site but without needing to remember a password.
As long as you use the same email each time, you will only be on my list once.
