vinegar– I get my white vinegar for cleaning at Costco. They have giant bottles of it for just a few dollars.
8 oz or larger spray bottle– choose a spray bottle that’s safe to use with essential oils (glass, HDPE plastic, or PET plastic). Amber bottles will help preserve the efficacy of the essential oils or you can use a clear bottle and store it in a dark cabinet (out of sunlight which can degrade the essential oils). click here for a great glass spray bottle I use and click here for the plastic spray bottle in my photo
microfiber cloth– find them here
scrub brush– find it here

What about soccer cleats and roller skating equipment (knee/elbow-pads and helmets)?
Thanks! 😁
So glad I found you!!!
Yes, it would work for all of that sports equipment. Be sure to give them plenty of space to dry out and air out before using again. The smell of essential oil should be completely gone before using equipment.
Where can I get the oils
Hi Roberta,
You can get essential oils lots of places. I buy mine directly from the manufacturers, but you can also get them from friends and family who sell oils, in stores, and online.
I don’t sell essential oils or endorse any particular brands. But the brands that I tend to use the most (and am very happy with) are doTERRA, Young Living, and Plant Therapy.
Sarah
Thank you for this!
Thanks, Austin! This is definitely a recipe that we use a lot in my house. Glad you found it helpful, too.
