Can’t wait to try some of these blends in the store I work at. And maybe make them into candles. They look amazing. I felt like I am missing something with the free printable though. Is there a version that doesn’t have the recipes covered with the banner? Maybe I missed it. Thanks for your hard work!!!

I found it, I was clicking the picture, and not the link above. Sorry for the brain fart.

Can you please let me know how to print your free printables without the ‘free printables’ on it, sorry if this is a dumb question, I can’t work it out. Thank you and thank you for all your wonderful posts Steph 🙂

      Hi, Steph.
So sorry about that. Not a dumb question at all. Just means that I haven’t made it clear how to do it. Thanks so much for the feedback so I can work on making it easier to use!

In the meantime, please try this link. It should take you directly to the pdf of the roller bottle labels that you can print off (without the words “free printable” scrolled across it).

I have a really stupid question – I’m JUST starting to use essential oils and I’m trying so hard to understand everything there is to know – I’ve learned about carrier oils. I want to know if I have to use a carrier oil for using your roller bottle blends.

    • Sarah Lewis July 19, 2016 at 10:11 pm - Reply

      Hi, Cindy.
That’s not a stupid question at all.
When using essential oils in a diffuser, you don’t want to use any carrier oils.
However, when using essential oils in a roller bottle blend to apply topically to skin, then you want to dilute the essential oils heavily with a carrier oil.
Here’s a chart showing how many drops of essential oils I use in a 10ml roller bottle.

Thanks so much for sharing all of this information. I’ve enjoyed many of the Spring diffuser recipes. I don’t know if you realize it but your site does not work properly in Safari. I was getting frustrated because I was trying to print the recipe sheet and it wouldn’t work in Safari. I switched over to Firefox and it worked perfectly.

Wow, thanks, Cheryl! That is very helpful. I didn’t know that.
I’m not very technically inclined, but I will pass that on to the guy I work with and see if he can help get it to work properly in Safari.
Thank you! I really appreciate your help.
